The task:<\/h3>\n

Drawer elements are manufactured in the customer application. Short cycle times, little space for precise recordings with high variability and low personnel requirements.<\/p>\n

4 double lines and 6 single lines supply the production line with a wide variety of components.
Although the structural component holder are very complex, the decision was made to use indexing conveyors. With accumulation conveyor systems, about half of the structural component holder could have been saved.
Low personnel requirements combined with a high degree of autonomy.
Integration into the control system should be simple and uncomplicated.<\/p>\n

The solution:<\/h3>\n

The standard MBF-P 55\/120<\/a> conveyor system was chosen as the basis. Different part holder can be attached to the M8 threaded bushes. The additional index holes ensure anti-twist protection and precise alignment.
The number and size of the part holders determine the length of the system. The chain pitch can be easily scaled accordingly.
This means that the part holders can be easily replaced if adjustments are made to the product.
A three-phase asynchronous motor with frequency converter ensures smooth and safe transportation. The “In division” message is sent via an initiator. Should the distance and number of part holders change, no intervention in the control system or programming will be necessary.<\/p>\n
