Before the components can be joined, they must be cooled to below 60°. Before and after each production step, the com- ponents are inspected via camera and sensors. After the subsequent laser marking, the components are packed in SLCs. The solution: Two accumulating FlexiTek conveyors are loaded with i.O. parts via robots for dynamic buffering of the components. Further robots assemble and transfer the components to indexing conveyor for laser marking. In addition, the i.O. parts are counted and transferred to the small load carriers. 6
